12v Insect killer.
Hi to all,
Has anyone used one?

I could tell you where my wife got a couple of mozzy bites while we were away last weekend, best guesses on a postcard!

Re: 12v Insect killer.
Bought a solar powered insect killer from Maplins..charged it up in the sun all day. Waited till it went dark then switched it on.
Nice blue light but no fly or midge deaths, the flies were'nt even attracted to it.
Seems like none of these gadgets work...some reviews here

Well, at least I've kept the receipt & packaging.

Don't waste your money. I've got one and it doesn't work.

Mine works on Scottish midges, which is what I bought it for. I've had it for years, it wasn't expensive but it was worth every penny.
Praps the new ones are not as efficient?
Don't know about larger insects.
