Water pump removal
Hi,
I have a 2003 Auto-sleeper Nuevo. I need to get the water pump out to check or possibly replace. It looks like I need to remove the end piece of the bench, which is screwed onto the meta support underneath, to get access. I can't get a phillips screwdriver to bite and it's impossible to get any purchase because of the location. Does anyone else have experience of this or suggestions for doing it? Is there another way?
Many thanks,
Ian MacLeod

Always nice and gets more response if you say hello here....

As for your pump, when I had a Nuevo of similar age, access to the mounting screws was through the gas cupboard as the pump was mounted on the inside under seat .

Hi Paul,
I'm not sure if the reply I sent has got to you, I can't see it in the thread, apologies if you are getting this twice. I've now said hello, sorry I missed that previously. Thanks for your advice, I hadn't thought to look inside the gas cupboard ( a bit obvious really)! Still got the same problem with the screws but at least they are much more accessible .
Many thanks again,
Ian
