Cabinet door replacement

Dear members,

I am after a replacement cabinet door or covering for the cabinet marked by the arrow. The vinyl covering came away from the cabinet door but my shoddy repair has made it much worse and I am wondering if anyone knows where I can by new or if any one can sell. Need to be the same colour as the one in the image. Your help greatly appreciated.
