Tyres
Just wondered if anyone has had all terrain tyres fitted to their van and if so what ones did you go for?
Cheers

Re: Tyres
I seriously looked at getting some but went for larger 225 cross climate Michelins and am very happy with them.

Re: Tyres
Michelin Aglis CP are no longer being produced, so the only option if you want CP tyres is the CrossClimates in CP version at £220 each.
I confirmed this in a recent conversation with Michelin customer services after failing to find any with the major online stores (who deliver to N. Ireland)
I only need to replace my rear tyres, but of course mixing all season with summer tyres is not recommended. My fronts are 2019 with 10000 miles so good for a few years yet. Michelin stated do not mix cross climates with summer tyres and offered no other options. I pointed out they would probably lose £450 of my business this time round and difficult to see how I could synchronise at any time in the future without replacing all 4.
I asked the operative to ensure their marketing people are aware of this problem, although I expect no resolution.

Re: Tyres
Just noticed a 2016 reg. Van on a CL so went to see what tyres it had. Well they are agilis, might have known as I have never seen tyres with sidewalls so Cracked! When I mentioned it to the owner he said it passed the Mot last month.
Makes you think I will never fit Michelin to my van, so many bad reports in recent years.

Re: Tyres
I'm having some BF Goodrich k02 tyres fitted today at ATS Euromaster. Size: 225 75 r16, £627.00 for four tyres fitted, balanced etc.
I'll let you know how I go on.

Re: Tyres
I've had the BF Goodrich k02 tyres fitted. They look the business and seem smoother on the road. There is the slightest road noise but nothing like I was expecting. I've initially set the pressures to 65 front and 72 rear. So far so good. My original tyres developed cupping on the front which sounded like the wheel bearings were on the way out.
No more getting stuck on flat, wet camp sites, fingers crossed.
