Orian Zeta Wing Mirror
Hi all
I have been in the wars with my drivers side wing mirror on our 2008 Orian Zeta, and am looking for some advice on replacement or repair.
I seem to remember seeing question being asked about changing from long arm to short or medium arm, but not found anything in the search. Would this be OK to do and what to look out for in changing, I would be changing the pair if that was the case.
Is the replacement a straight forward job, I can be quite handy, and have see there are YouTube videos that help.
What is the difference between 5w and 16w indicator bulbs in relation to the electrical system on the vehicle?
Thanks in advance
Dave

Re: Orian Zeta Wing Mirror
Can't answer on your mirrors but 5w is whats used for side lights, indicator bulbs are usually 21w, never heard of 16w.

My thoughts exactly.
Think I know what I need now.
Keep with the long ones and I'll check the existing repeater lamp, thanks

Paul
Thanks for your recommendation. I have enquired with wingmirrorman and ordered the new part, arriving tomorrow.
They were very helpful and explained that the difference between 5w and 16w is the lamp. The 5w lamp is self coloured orange but the 16w lamp is clear with an orange cover over. Fitting the wrong lamp will have an effect on the lamp monitoring system.
You live and learn, well at least I do.
Regards
