Fairford shower drain leak Empty Fairford shower drain leak

Hi I have a leak from one of the two drains in the shower tray - the one nearest the front of the van. Has anyone experienced this? I can see the rear one coming through the floor from underneath but the one that’s leaking is hidden by the waste tank. Water in leaking into the van wetting the floor.
