Vanity taps
I have just checked the van before our first trip. All ok except the cold water tap in the vanity unit is not working. Unlike all other taps it does not start the pump. The hot water is ok, the shower is ok the toilet flush is ok. Any suggestions please

What van ? Your profile shows a Kemerton but it shows 1964? Need to know what make of taps you have.

Kemerton were not around in 1994.
Perhaps a photo of the taps would help. For instructions on how to post photos, go to home page, scroll down to Factsheets, youll find instructions in there.

Re: Vanity taps
Final time for the date. It is from November 2014.
If it is a micro switch does this entail replacing the whole tap structure as the hot is working as normal.

Re: Vanity taps
As far as I'm aware, AS don't use microswitch system but pressure system . Going by the year you've now given, the taps are probably Whale Elegance Google to confirm. The inserts are easy to replace, YouTube has videos
