Re: Leisure battery
Whilst I am unfamiliar with the 2021 set-up, other Members will no doubt be able to help. But it will help them to know a little more detail: when you visited the van, which is on hook-up, did you try the 12v lights?
"shows power going in" imlies that the trip switches are allowing 240v to the charger. Is that correct?

Re: Leisure battery
Did not try lights switch, the 12v battery was flat, and the control panel, showed ehu connected, but not charging leisure battery.
It was if the 12 volt side had closed down.by the fuse box the water heater light was on,is this normal?

Re: Leisure battery
If connected to an EHU, both the green charger switch and red heater/hot water switch on the EC700 should light up when the switches are in the on position. If the green charger switch is lit then I believe the fuse panel LED will also be lit, even if the leisure battery is disconnected although I haven't tested that.
Worth checking that the leisure battery hasn't become disconnected through its in-line fuse blowing. This fuse should be close to the battery on the red positive wire.
