Kemerton XL SLIPPING SOFA CUSIONS.
Anybody had this issue please?
Just picked up my Kemerton XL 2016 Van. The sofa bed frame and then the cushions slip to the centre of the van when cornering. The retention bracket which retains the bed/sofa frame isn’t up to it. I can easily fix this but the cushions slip off the frame. Not so easy at first glance to fix this, any thoughts?

Never had this problem the seat and back cushion are held in place with push type stud fasteners. Although ours is not the XL version.

I think my Symbol seat/back is similar to the Kemerton and I also have these stud fasteners. To be honest after the first trip in the van I haven’t bothered with them in 3 years and the cushions have never moved.
This makes me think it is probably worth sorting the bed frame which you say can be easily fixed.

We've not had any issue with the bench seat. There are screw out feet for the bed frame and press studs for the back rest. Perhaps the broad bench seat cushion may have moved occasionally when on the road.
Most of the cushions A-S supplied us remain in storage at home, no wedge of cheese shaped cushions or backrest cushions that fix with press studs against the sliding door.
On our van there are 4 fill-in blocks that make up the double bed, in the day two live behind the single seat along with a mattress topper, and two fit at the ends of the bench seat as elbow rests.

Thanks for the responses guys, will look into the issue further. This apart from a noisy water pump ( rumbling sound) that might be just because I have just filled the tank and might be air (although I fear it might be more than that as no spluttering from the taps) I am really enjoying this van, on our first night out. Looking forward to many more.

Consider Velcro strips. Use the adhesive type to attach to wood or metal and a sew-it-on type for the cushions.

Thanks, think I may have sported it by adjusting the bed frame seats to increase pressure, will know tomorrow when we move again.
Will need to re stitch the 2 straps as stitching looks badly stressed.
Thanks for all the responses.
All going well on our first trip out with this van, apart from New Avtex tv when playing DVD’s has very slight
Micro second delays every 10 seconds or so. I know the DVD’S are ok. Will speak to Avtex next week.
