New diesel heater

Does anyone know if its much work to install a diesel heater to replace a Trumatic heater.
I have a 2001 Ford Transit Pollensa and it came with the heater in a box of bits.
Has anyone fitted a diesel heater to replace the existing.
The gas is capped off and flue and vent pipes are still installed
