Warwick XL driver armrest
Hello O wise ones
My Boxer based Warwick XL driver seat has an armrest for my left arm but not for the right, and I would like one.
The seat has an adjustable lumbar support and the adjuster is about where any right side armrest would be mounted.
Has anyone fitted a right armrest, and if so can please advise?
ALSO looking for help as to how to remove the cloth seat cover, so I can investigate further?
Many tia, and HYN to all
Keith

I think the lumber support wheel is why there is no armrest. Having said that I believe 2022 models have 2 armrests. Maybe worth asking AS if the seat is actually different.

Our 2021 Fiat has 2 armrests. Tbh, the one next to the door gets in the way of the seatbelt and can’t be used when driving as it prevents operation of the handbrake. Is it Captains Seats that have 2 armrests?

That's pretty conclusive! Good to share that experience; worthy of a fact-sheet.
I'd often wondered about it, without thinking of whether it would interfere with the handbrake or belt.

On the passenger side it’s easy enough to use but needs to be lowered before donning the seatbelt and raised before releasing the belt.Cymro wrote:Tinwheeler wrote:Our 2021 Fiat has 2 armrests. Both are useful with the seats swivelled, of course.

Many thanks to everyone who has responded.
It all adds to the small hill of knowledge I have, and some progress I hope!
