Hertford CCC closed?

Friends booked on the above site next week got a call today to advise them that the site is closed at least until September.  The explanation given was vague but the gist of it was staffing issues.

Does anyone know anything more?

I can’t see anything on the C&CC webpage for the Hertford site. 

Affected by the London floods?
The Haycraft CAMC site near Swanage is closed due to flooding.

Not sure, nothing on website as you say.

Well not connected BUT not able to contact the club on any of the 4 numbers i have.
Only new membership is live and thats in a long queue that i have got fed up waiting.
Maybe major staff problems.
Have to write to get to them.

Lauder site added to the list now ,  but at least they offered to move booking and 25% off next booking for the customer  (info off another site).

Strange how CAMC don't have the same problem- two sites we were on last week had 5 pairs of  wardens.

Very disappointed that Clent is closed for rest of year as we use that one to visit sons family (two grandkids aged 6 and 20 months) , will have to use Wolverley instead.
