Duetto rear light cluster

Hi folks, we recently bought a 1999 transit duetto and have come up against an odd problem, how do you replace a rear light bulb ? There seems to be no access to the back of the light clusters to get at the bulbs, any help appreciated

Thanks very much Paulmold I had found the access for the other side, the plastic cover on the back of the shower cubicle but the one behind the fridge was a puzzle , thanks again.

Via bottom fridge vent on outside?
