Tuning the Cello 19" TV Empty Tuning the Cello 19" TV

Hi guys thanks for all your help. I  purchased a Cello 19" Traveller TV.

Q. when I look at the epf, no program channel detail is displayed just the channel number - do I have to tune the TV into the sat dish? If so how do I do that?
