Warwick XL
Hi, I followed the instruction on the forum for checking the NRV. I managed to get it out and couldn't find any debris or scale under or around the rubber but I did give it a good wipe with a clean tissue just in case.
Filled up with water and tried it out, after getting rid of any air in the system all the taps worked fine but after closing them all and waiting two or three minutes the pump started to pulse (switching on and of). I adjusted the pressure valve as instructed in the manual but this didn't make any difference.
What's gone wrong???

Re: Warwick XL
I found it will pulse if the the battery voltage is low, did you have it connected to the EHU or just on battery.
I set up my pressure switch on mains and then fine tuned on battery powered, with the solar keeping the battery voltage high I have never had the pulsing

Sapper - can I ask you to put the problem in the title line and not in the line below. That line only appears in the index and not when viewing 'posts since last visit'. This has been a bugbear of the forum since its inception. So all your posts only ever show 'Warwick xl'.

Re: Warwick XL
Have you adjusted the knurled knob, it only needs the very smallest of movement, turning one way will totally stop the pump and turning the opposite will have the pump running all the time ,you have to find the sweet spot

Re: Warwick XL
Have you thought about a slight leak and checked the pipes etc?

Re: Warwick XL
I would strip 9t down again and make sure that no tissue paper was stuck to it ,just rinse it under water, it’s either leaking or your sucking in air somewhere

Had a look can't see any traces of water anywhere, not sure how to remove the shower room panel to get to the connections there though.

Re: Warwick XL
You will soon see a leak, drips under the van, wet carpets, damp smell.
We had a leak from our kitchen sink waste pipe, while sitting outside I noticed a drip from under the van, so should not need to remove any panels at this stage. Water will always appear somewhere and not necessary where the leak is.
