Broadway electric step
Ive searched but can't find the answer. I wish to disable the automatic step as it is too low for my wife, she finds it difficult exiting the van. So we will use a caravan double step instead. However I'm having trouble finding the fuse, help will be appreciated. Thankyou.

Re: Broadway electric step
If you have a EC328 PSU, the step fuse is in the EM50 (fuse F5) unit MH. (probably behind the driver's seat.)
If you have the EC500 PSU, it is fuse 3 on the PSU.
If you have the EC500 PSU, it is fuse 3 on the PSU.

Re: Broadway electric step
I believe also that the step can be programmed only to open/close when the button is pressed, which is how mine is.
But some are programmed that the step automatically comes out on unlocking and goes in on locking.

With the EC325/8 PSU there is also a EM50 control unit, usually behind the driver's seat. This has three jumper struts within it, which control step out, step in and awning light on with locking/unlockingEltel wrote:I believe also that the step can be programmed only to open/close when the button is pressed, which is how mine is.

Later PSUs step control is via the Control panel.
