Not sure how this has happened - it's loose, but difficult to take out without disturbing the mastic.  Any ideas how to fix or should I let Marquis have a look at it under guarantee? Damaged Gel Coat Img_3010

If the van is under warranty, I’d not risk invalidating that warranty by having a go myself in case water ingress has already started.

However, it will only be fixed under warranty if it is a manufacturing fault. If they have any grounds at all for deciding it's damage, you'll end up paying.
