I have only just seen your post looking through the forum tonight. I was told this weekend that Autoglym bumper gel restores the black part of the sloping front roof. Not tried it yet.

Don't worry about it. Bono hasn't visited the forum since posting his question. He won't even know that nobody answered him.

I had the same dull black roof on our Broadway EB and after seeing this message went and bought the Autoglym Bumper & Trim Gel from my local motorists shop. I’ve just finished applying the gel and it’s a great result - shiny & showroom finish. So pleasing to see.

Thank you John, that's what I was told. So it does work! Great. I must go out and buy some for the Bourton front too. I will report back. Mrs Jimmee.

With a motorhome cleaning brush with a pad on it on an extendable long pole. I stand on a step and then the space above the number plate made for the purpose and just about reach and I'm only 5' tall. It works but I agree it is not easy.
