2016 Nuevo EK - Wing Mirrors
Morning all,
Well, I thought I'd eventually get round to doing some repairs before we eventually get free to go out n about, and there's few things to do so....
1) Are the wing mirrors on the Nuevo EK Medium arm? I'm sort of assuming they are but can't find anywhere which shows definitive measurements. Both casings have been bust by me being shoved into the side a to55er coming the other way, virtually obliterating the drivers side casing and punching a hole in the passenger side when it got folded back. Nothing else is broken so ideally I'd just like to replace the outer casing, but need to confirm what mirrors they actually are!
2) On another occasion a nice man in a wagon carrying oxygen bottles ejected a big disc or something onto the M53 in front of me. I managed to take it down the middle of the van but it bounced up, slashing hell out of the fresh water filler hose (from the ns to the tank). I managed to bodge it back up using some plastic tapered waste fittings, jubilee clips and duct tape and it's held for nearly 2 years but I now think it's time to fix it....so does anyone know what the pipe is at all please....apart from blue
3) And finally, the shower head clamp on my riser rail has worn so it now doesn't hold the shower head without it drooping (story of my life!), and it also now held with duct tape. Does anyone know of a direct replacement at all or have you replaced the entire riser rail?
I've sent an email to AutoSleepers but had no reply as yet, so any help would be appreciated.
Cheers

Maybe a new Littercam will pick up the vehicle that dropped disc?
Or maybe you need to buy a new motorhome.

I glued and taped my broken casings and have attached white milenco covers on them. They now look better than new.

Just ordered a pair of these thanks, looked online and they seem to be good ones, although not cheap...cheaper than new mirrors though :o
Cheers for that

Like you probably I read all the reviews and came to the conclusion you get what you pay for. As you have found, Peugeot's black plastic mirror housings are easily cracked especially on the near side when brushing against a hedge which is what happened to me. The Mirrorguards are easy to fit and look good and robust.alfa_scud wrote:
