gaslow auto changeover system
Hi
just bought a new gaslow 924s auto change over system for a very good price and I was wondering if anyone can offer a few tips on fitting , are they only for "gaslow" type cylinders or will they fit standard cylinders without any problems any help appreciated

Gaslow fittings
Hi VT4,
Just been out to look at my Gaslow cylinder, this uses a nut with an o ring to seal it, the standard propane fitting for 6kg and up is a large left hand thread with a domed end and a brass to brass seal so it would appear you can not fit it to standard calor type propane cylinders. I am not sure whether the small 3.5 kilo Calor cylinders are the same.

Gaslow
Hi Mike,
If the fittings will connect you will have no problems, as autogas with which you fill Gaslow or Gas it refillable cylinders is the same propane gas that calor fill their cylinders with. So why pay double or more when with a refillable you can do it yourself and save lots of money Gas over 50% cheaper.
