Air conditioning unit
After spending time in france during a hot summer decide to have an aventa air con unit on the roof. Any one tell me how much amp it will use. As been looking at sites in france for summer 21. And most only have 10amp compared with 16 amp in the uk .will I be able to use it.or will it keep tripping the power?
Thanks inadvance

Re: Air conditioning unit
There are three versions of the Aventa with the 'smallest' (Compact) using 1700w (2.8 amp) of power...
You'll have to judge if this is likely to be an issue for you...you still have 7.2 amp left even in a 10 amp site.
In the sunshine in Spain what else will you be using?....it's all salads.
Just watch having the Truma Combi set to 1800w (7.8 amp) for hot water at the same time pr you'll be in trouble. I'd set the Combi to 900w and give it longer to heat up...also watch large wattage domestic kettles....
