symbol plus

Hi, to  any of you Symbol Plus owners could you let me know where the tv can be placed? ,and is there a sink drainer ?.

Sorry, ignore me, I was thinking of the Symbol but welcome.

Yes we pondered over the same decision. The van is rigged for a TV over the third passenger seat, a bit daft in my opinion. We have had ours fitted on the wardrobe wall at the end the bench seat, you can watch it lying on the bench or either swivel front seats. We had a 12 volt socket put in next to the last down light that end. As for as TV Ariel  goes we just got a window stick on one from Amazon used as and when you need it, it’s brilliant about a tenner. We have had super reception, numerous channels without the grief of creating a TV Ariel socket that side of the van. Hope his helps.

Glyn.   The space behind the third seat of the Symbol Plus can be much better utilised by building a shelving unit and installing a power point (useful for charging phones etc) and also screwing on the tv wall bracket which is accessed merely by lowering the seat back. 
The tv can be kept in the wardrobe bottom or the shelf system cupboard where there is already a power point above the mirror to link in a socket through the side wall to the new socket. This avoids the tv power cable having to be trailed across the floor to the bench seat socket, in the absence of a socket by the the tv as originally.
i messaged AS at Willersey (Pete Tombs warranty & parts manager) who sent me the two pieces of limewash veneered timber to build the cupboard - free of charge and edged. A small wedge behind the tv bracket is easily screwed in and the seat arrangement is not affected. This has totally improved our tv arrangement.

go to the search and put in 2nd tv socket kemerton xl this has the same seating lay out this has pictures showing my tv and works great for my self but had to wire and fit sockets to be able to position it there but the symbol plus has sockets there allready

Thank you for the photo’s it’s a good idea at least I have some idea of where to place tv , bad design by A/S really .
