Round plastic vent cover
I need to replace the grey plastic round vent in the side of our van, it’s intended as a vent at the back of the microwave to the outside. Google only returns eBay and amazon sellers with white ones not grey, and they say they cannot supply the grey colour as used by autosleeper.
The existing vent looks fine until close inspection, it has multiple fractures around the three Fixing screws. Any ideas
Thanks

Re: Round plastic vent cover
Don't know what size you need but this one's grey...

Or you could get a metal one, they come stainless or powder coated and you could always spray it.
At least you have an external vent , our microwave cuts out after 3 minutes probably due to lack of ventilation.

I'm still puzzled (worried) by where the rain water goes once it gets behind this vent

Aren't the slats angled downwards so any rain falling on them would drain off?RogerThat wrote:I'm still puzzled (worried) by where the rain water goes once it gets behind this vent
PS Different sizes and colours including grey, here:

I’ve bit the bullet and bought a white one
Thanks again for the suggestions.

When I had a similar problem I did a rattle can spray it will last years as long as you first spray with a undercoat designed for plastic.
You could even spray the same colour as the van instead of grey to make it look even better which is what I did.
