Hi, has anyone bought the Tailored Van Floor mats from Ebay for the Peugeot Boxer? I am looking at the ones sold by Premier Car Mats. The shape is different to the supplied carpet mat for our Warwick, and I am wondering if it will fit or would I be wasting my money? TIA smile!

I'd be inclined to take your old mats to a decent carpet shop, and ask them to cut and bind an offcut of carpet to match.

They won't charge much for the whipping, and for the same sort of cash as buying bespoke mats, which may not fit very well, you could have two sets for summer and winter use. Thin ones for summer, and thick, fluffy toe warmers for the winter.

We did exactly that for a caravan. Our local carpet shop had a roll end, used the existing carpets for templates and then whipped the edges. Job done and new carpets throughout for £50.

The downside? They did it drekkly. hugegrins

If it’s just the cab mats they are really cheap on eBay. If it’s the whole of the van them that’s another matter. We investigated using local carpet shops but the price wasn’t all that attractive. You can get a roll end cheap but the whipping of the edges was up to £3 per linear metre. The original is not whipped, it’s bound.
In the end we went the expensive route a had a full set made by KustomSport of Barnsley. On our 2012 Warwick Duo they made the originals. They arrived on schedule with the press studs fitted. Fit was perfect, edges bound, heel mat on driver side if cab, £215 inc delivery.
The later carpet is better quality than the original and a nicer colour.

We replaced ours using Kustomsport. Really good quality and like you the press studs matched exactly. The previous owners had replaced the carpets with a piece of carpet cut to size with the ends whipped but they never quite fitted correctly and had a tendency to creep. It became a nuisance in the end and spending the money on correctly fitting carpets was well worth it
