Nuevo 2003 water tanks
I am a total newcomer to Motorhomes. Where and how can the fresh and waste water tanks be located? Are they removable?

The fresh tank is located just behind the nearside skirt. Unfortunately I can't remember the waste tank but if you locate the waste tap you should be able to see where the pipe leads to. As for removing, yes they can but not something to do regularly as there are straps/threaded hangers holding them in place? why do you ask?

It is just that the vehicle came with a rollalong water tank and I was trying to work out how to mount it. I guess it is spare, in case suitable drains cannot be accessed.

assuming this is a waste water container, you just put it under the waste water exit pipe....should be pretty obvious as it will have a grey (plastic?) tap on the end of it...
dont confuse with the blue tap which is on the end of a fresh water drain pipe...

We used to travel with a rollalong container for both fresh (saves moving van to tap if staying put for a few days) and waste water (again saves having to move van to empty). They travelled in the washroom, suitably wedged, and then moved outside when on site.

The waste water tank on our 06 Nuevo is sighted under the floor, at the rear, just forward of the rear bumper.

Thanks all for your advice. I'll probably put different coloured drain taps on the two fitted tanks and keep the rollalong for a spare.

A rollalong water container takes up a huge amount of space. Personally, I carry a 10 litre plastic jerrycan for times when I don't want to move the van and a similar sized oval bucket (£1 from the pound store) for waste when needed - which they seldom are. The fresh container travels empty In the washroom and the bucket (multi-purpose) in the wetlocker where it houses hoses and tap connectors.
