Help wanted please Topaz

Can any one help please, VW T4 the cab heater control * knob " is stuck on cold, no heat at all, need to get the fascia off to see how to unstick it,
Any ideas how to take off the fascia please?
Any help please ? as it is now cold , typically it would happen now. Don`t like to force it in case it breaks.
