Could someone tell me what this is above the Internal Water Tank Filler as i have no clue and i've had the van for a year, someone says it might be a 12v socket but for what, thanks for any help in advance

Probably ..... a previous owner installed it to allow them to use a submersible pump to fill the water tank !!

Yep!

Looks like a standard socket for a 12v jack-plug.

As previous, most likely used for a submersible pump but may also have been used for a mobile anything else requiring 12v.

Wish I had one on the awning side of "Petal"!

That ties in with what my mate said i'll see if i can borrow a submersible and try it before thinking of buying one, thanks for your replies
