Wrong shape for an OBD/CANBUS diagnostic port.
If it's under a seat in the cab, I'd guess it's for an option such as heated seats or additional airbags.

Sorry we have had guests so too busy to check until now. It’s in the dashboard near the radio. I’m looking for a power supply for the satnav and dash cam, I don’t think it’s suitable but thought It worth checking.
It’s on a 2017 Peugeot Boxer Kingham

If so contact the dealer.
If not from new it looks like an aftermarket item,so try the previous owner.

If your radio is not the original then I think it might be the remote radio controls for the steering wheel. Or they could be connections for upgrades to the audio system.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Hi re a power supply then take a look at the connections to the radio and you’ll have two live feeds. One is a permanent live to keep an memory in place eg clock and the other is switched live so the radio goes off when the radio is turned off. These can be safely reversed if you want to use your radio with the ignition off so don’t be worried if red is wired into yellow and yellow into red.
Radio wires should be standard so see attachment. Note: you may have a couple of extra wires if you have screen in your radio and wires for a reversing camera.
Anyway you could cut the wire (i’d make the cut on the radio side to keep your van wiring intact - it’s cheap to buy a new radio connector if needed) and then add an additional inline fuse and connect your additional devices into that.
You can use the earth off the same loom or look for suitable earthing point near by.
Hope this helps.

To answer a few questions that have arisen
I bought the camper new from Marquis in Poole, I doubt they will be any help, they haven’t been since they received our money.
It is the original Peugeot radio, rebadged by AutoSleepers, it is adequate. And the steering wheel controls work.
I’m going to do as Rob suggests and cut into the radio cables for my supply.
Thanks, I will report back.

Re: Can you identify this
Be warned (if you're not already aware) that most factory radios only have a permanent live these days. They typically don't have an ignition-switched live because they get information about whether the ignition is on or off over the CAN network.
If it only has a permanent live that's no good for a dashcam, as it will quickly flatten your engine battery when the vehicle is parked up!

Don’t some dash cams power down while the ignition is off, but still require a permanent power supply for them to start recording if they detect an impact whilst unattended.
My previous camera had a setting that would detect a pedestrian in its field of view and would commence recording, even without an impact being detected.
I can’t say how well it worked though, as mine wasn’t hardwired.

Hi Just another thought ... check the voltage of the dash cam. Not much is actually 12v these days and most actually have a transformer in the cig lighter type plug to take them down to 5.5/5.0V.
My camera is old and is 12V.
If yours is just still use the same connections and wire in a cheap USB adaptor to plug into can still be hidden. Less than £5 on Amazon
