Freshwater outlet pipe
Hi, the flexible blue 1" outlet pipe from my freshwater tank has split. Does anyone know where I can buy some replacement pipe. The places I have tried only sell 3/4".

Caktanks do the correct size or obviously AS spares but they are closed until 2nd January.

I would expect most caravan accessory shops to carry the size you want, but if you are using the van (so it's urgent) and can find a bit of rigid tube to fit inside the hose, plus a couple of jubilee clips, you could fix it temporarily.
I say temporarily, but ours lasted for weeks like that until I got around to buying a new length of hose!

Re: Freshwater outlet pipe
When I needed a new waste hose I tried all the caravan shops around and none stocked the flexible type that AS fit (you need the flexible type for a van conversion, maybe not so much so for the Broadway that the OP has). I could however get the correct type and size in black from a garden centre that stocks pond equipment. Black though is considered to be waste pipe, so I got the correct type from AS. That's where I found out they get their supplies from Caktanks.
You can see the difference here...the second image is the flexible type needed

Re: Freshwater outlet pipe
Our local accessory shop stocks it Paul, which is no help at all to someone in Derbyshire! I assumed most would do likewise.
If Minos is stuck and in trouble, he could try Plan B. Cut the existing hose at the split, and use the longest "half" to re-connect to the spigot on the tank. Hang the tap end from the chassis with a bit of string, and for the infrequent occasions when he needs to reach the tap it's not much trouble to lay down a mat and reach underneath.
It would keep him going until a new hose can be sourced.

I've just ordered a piece from CAK tanks' website. Looks like the correct type as mentioned above. Also managed a temporary fix as the split was near an end.
