Damp rear door card
I had the right hand door card changed by auto sleeper because the right hand one was wet at the bottom after heavy rain they moved the card across away from the seal after heavy rain and wind last night it is wet again I think it is blowing in through the bottom seal as anyone else had this problem

Re: Damp rear door card
I'm not sure what is meant by 'card'. I have a Warwick Duo and in high winds or gale conditions with the rear door facing into the wind then the rear door seals cannot cope keeping the wet and draft out so wetting the inside rear door covering. With mine it's at the centre top of both doors and when dry leaves a noticeable tide mark.
I have checked the seals for tight fitting by closing the doors on paper enabling the same to be pulled but no movement could be achieved meaning the door seals were tightly sealed.
To mitigate the draft I have cut to size pipe insulation to stuff into the centre gap between the doors but this does not entirely help prevent draft and wetness invading.
The problem is wind pressure which under gale conditions can be considerable in my view.
The solution? Turn the vehicle through 180° so the front is facing into the wind!
Hope this helps.
The gales? Oh yes, well, the north west coast of Scotland and Outer Hebrides while wild camping by the sea! A drafty place when the wind blows!!

I don’t want to chance my luck but we've had nothing like that with our rear doors. The press stud fitted centre band keeps the draughts at bay and there’s been no sign of water ingress.
We, too, were in the Outer Hebrides throughout Storm Hector this year and it was wild!

Re: Damp rear door card
I have had this problem. Both rear panels needed replaced. The issue was with the base vehicle and Peugeot had van for various testing to trace how the water was getting in. Always happened after heavy rain, and when rear was battered by storms.
Initially they replaced the door seals thinking that would fix it. It didn’t. It was autosleeper that suggested to Peugeot replace the high level brake light as it had been suspected water was entering here.
This was done, and there was a little ‘pin’ thing up round that area which was sealed at the same time as the brake light was replaced.
Voila! All fixed....no water has entered, even been battered with wind and rain and still dry and cosy!

Top, middle and right hand side (from inside facing rear) I’m not sure they did any testing, they had failed to find the ingress at all and replaced the light anyway as they were at a loss. It defo fixed the problem
