Window mark

I have a 2017 Warwick XL. I have a white mark below the opening window on the sliding door.  Has anyone with the same type of van windows had the same issue ?. It is on the inside of the window. It would appear to be on the black sticker used to frame the window and not on the tinting film Autosleeper fit. A few weeks ago the van was at a Peugeot dealer for some minor issues and had a complementary wash.  I am wondering if it could have been sprayed with a concentrated cleaner prior to a jet wash. This cleaner could have laid behind the glass a sucked the colour out of the black framing sticker. Not spoke to garage yet. Autosleeper are saying it on the van and not the conversion.
