Bare Van before conversion
I called into the AS factory at Willersey recently and was interested to see the form in which a new van arrives from Peugeot - ie, a minibus without seats. The rain was hammering down so not the best picture quality but I thought it would be of interest. I didn’t want to hang about in case I was accused of industrial espionage!
If nothing else it shows that AS put a film or coating on the habitation windows, as this van has clear glazing. I mention it as that’s been a topic elsewhere on here in the past.

Very intersting, thanks.however they do the film it certainly works well. Also the finall van is incredibly quiet inside, when parked.

Very interesting!
I always thought the body colour was factory sprayed. Going by these photos, I'm guessing AS spray them now?
Thanks for sharing :)

AS only spray the bumper hence it is a slightly different shade of blue on ours.
