2018 Broadway bike rack

We got a 2018 Broadway and have a cycle rack dealer fitted to the factory fitted mounted bars.
When the rack is down and loaded with bikes the number plate cannot be seen until you are around 15-20 mtrs back from the MH.
Anyone else discovered this yet.
