Post by Alan King Wed Mar 28, 2018 11:34 am

Hi All,
I have DUNLOP AIR SUSPENSION Kit L.315.06.C.M on rear axle of our 2013 Mercedes Sprinter AutoSleeper Bourton.

Dose anyone have experience with this kit as to the best air pressure to run them at please.
Any info would be great, Alan

I fitted the Dunlop system to my old Swift Sundance, by trial and error I settled for 2.5 bar.
This gave the best stability going round corners and minimised the sway when being overtaken, higher than that and it raised the rear too much, not a big problem but reduced the use of levelling blocks.

I fitted them to mine, best mod of the lot, handles much better, I run around 3-4 bar.

I had the Dunlop air assist system fitted to my last van (08 Sigma) inflated to 4 bar when loaded (full water tank, loaded for touring)3 bar without the weight.
