Introducing Altech Empty Introducing Altech

Hi All,
I've just joined today, I'm a retired teacher from Liverpool.
My wife and I have talked about getting a motorhome for a while and last month bought an R reg Duetto based on a Ford Transit.
We ended up with this based on being able to park it on our short driveway and my wife's requirement that it had to have a shower fitted.
My background is in teaching technology subjects so I'm fairly well able to do most repairs and for the lats 10 years or so I was taking groups of kids on narrowboat holidays at least twice each year (similar to motorhomes but a lot heavier and slower)
As a novice in the world of motorhomes I will probably be asking for help before long and look forward to 'speaking' to the members of the forum.
