Introducing myself....
Hi, I am about to take ownership of a 2004 Neuvo ES. I have had a Bessacarr motorhome in the past and loved the life! I am now very recently divorced and thought this was a way of getting away as a single person. Excited and scared at the same time! I live on the border of Cheshire/ North Staffs. I also thought joining a couple of Forums would help get to know people and chat about life on the open road. I've also joined Caravan Club as hope to get the confidence to go on some of their rallies. I'm not sure I need to join Camping and Caravanning club as well or if there are other forums people can suggest for me. I ve never been in a forum before so not quite sure how this all works! .....I love these little faces though!

Welcome from South Wales .
Do you have a dog, by any chance? I find that a friendly dog makes us loads of friends, and she gets us out of the house for walks even on the dullest of days
Good luck with your new motorhome

Ah! that's a sore point ....lost 'custody' of the dog in the divorce and she was actually put to Rest last week. My Work life is not conducive to being a responsible dog owner....maybe I could get a gold fish but don't think it would have the same social gain!

Re: Introducing myself....
Hello Annie and from Leicestershire, well done you for getting a MH , I usually travel solo although with my dog, I am in both major clubs, then I have a choice of cl`s / cs`s as well as the rallies, I thought it daunting the first time I went off on my own, I thought to myself what am I doing, after ten minutes all was well and I thoroughly enjoyed it, met some lovely folk on my travels.
Enjoy this new chapter in your life and best wishes from me.
Margaret

and me.
A lot of single ladies (and gentlemen) rally with the Autosleeper Owners Club. Many of the rallies run longer than a weekend but you can come for the number of days you want.
