Difficulties registering
Hi I recommended this forum to others on the autosleepers owners Facebook page. They are saying that adminstration are saying no new members being accepted. Is this the case or have they got the wrong site? Thanks Nina

Re: Difficulties registering
Hi Paul its on a post by Wendy Simpson Horn about buying a new Nuevo - I shared the information from a trade classified from here and suggested she join the forum. She has said that she can't as it says administrators are not slowing any new members. I have even posted a link to the forum to make sure she has the right one.

Re: Difficulties registering
I can't believe that's true, but it is strange to observe that no one has joined since 19th Feb.
There is a tricky problem with email notification which may have a bearing on this, but I'm sure any registration problems will be only temporary.
I doubt if the other moderators know anything either, as we would certainly have been informed by Admin, and would have shared ant pertinent information.

Re: Difficulties registering
I was just responding along the same lines when Dave posted. I'm sure the notification problem is to blame.

Re: Difficulties registering
I've just logged out and clicked on 'register' and this message appears...
Information
Administrators have forbidden any new members.
Obviously needs sorting urgently, I'm sure Admin is on the case.

I'll leave you to send Admin an email Paul, as you were first on the case.

Re: Difficulties registering
I'm only letting you know what two people have said in response to my recommending joining. They have both said they got the same message. that administrators won't accept new members - I thought I read somewhere that there have been changes and other problems so I thought they might be causing problems.
Sorry my post must have crossed -hopefully it can be sorted as this site I brilliant for new owner.

I don't think any of us were aware, since by definition no one could post to tell us they were unable to join!

Re: Difficulties registering
No problems I wasn't sure how to get in touch so thought it would be picked up if posted on here. As I said it really is a great site for helping new owners.
Keep up the good work.

Re: Difficulties registering
The new members restriction has been removed, it was temporally in place because of the notifications issue we have been encountering.
