No hot water
While sitting in this strong wind in the peak district we suddenly find we have no hot water.
I was purely on electricity but have switched to gas mix but still no difference. We don't have any warm air from the heater either. There are no error messages from the Truma and the panel indicates the flame for heating and the thermometer for water but both are solid. Normally these flash when actually working.
Can anybody suggest something to look for? Is there anything I can reset?

Hmmmm,
Just thought I would go through the procedure again and we have hot air again and both symbols are flashing implying that the water is now being heated.
Is there some protection (overheat, overcurrent) that kicked in but has since reset itself?

Re: No hot water
Currentlg sitting out the high winds at York and our Whale system has done the same. Working purely on 240v but fails showing fault code for blocked air intake or exhaust outlet (only used on gas).I think it must be the high wind forcing air up the air intake/ exhaust tripping some sensorĀ and locking out the system . If you reset itĀ runs ok until the next large gust!

Re: No hot water
Thanks, that makes sense. I'm not sure how to reset it but never mind, it is now working. I tend to turn the heater off overnight anyway.
How are you coping? The wind dropped right down a while ago but it is picking up again now. I didn't think of dropping the stabilizers until the wind got to the point of me not wanting to be out in it.

It looks quite calm here now. The trees are moving but not violently. We haven't looked around yet but it looks like the dustbin lids are still in place.
And most importantly, we have hot water and hot air.
