water ingress

Help.
My 2005 Peugeot boxer autosleeper symbol near side sill in front of the rear wheel and below the left hand side of the sliding door as rusted away from the inside. There is also water getting into the box section between the rear wheel and the jacking point and a rusted away from the inside.
As anybody any ideas how the water is getting in there.
