Replace heating hose from truma 4e Empty Replace heating hose from truma 4e

Hi, in desperate need of help. I have a Sussex Duo and I'm travelling in Holland and my Truma 4e started to leak. On inspection I saw one of the 4 outlets was open ( only 3 in use) and it was very wet inside, so I went to De Wit, an excellent shop and bought a cover €2.50 bargain! When I moved the pipe from the bottom outlet it was rotten and virtually disintegrated. Back in to De Wit 2.5 meters of duct. Now the real problems start. I can't get the old pipe out, Marquis in their wisdom fitted it so tightly all the way behind cupboards, fridge and cooker it won't budge. So question number 1 How can I get it out? But worst is yet to come, now I have bodged it a bit temporarily turned on the pump lo and behold their is also a pin prick hole in the red hose. Duct ape and plumbers mate is only very temporary with a t-towel underneath. Any help much appreciated. so_sad

I suggest that in the morning after 1000 (UK) you ring Mark Burdett at the AS Service Centre (+441386 853511). Explain your problem and ask for his advice. Best to make the call when you are standing next to the problem.
