Maxiview VuQube
Whatever I try the maxiview locks on to Astra 1
I am at the MMM show at Norwich with no obstructions
Any ideas ?
Otherwise call to Maxview on Monday
Still under warranty

Hi , ive got a vu qube 2 and if you look on page 7 of the users manual it tells you how to select the sat it will search for, hope this helps Regards Paul

Unfortunately done that but it still reverts to
position No 1
According to the handbook Astra 2 is position 2

Hi ,yes it SHOULD search astra 2 ,naturally! perhaps its some sort of software problem, best of luck with it ,these things always happen at weekends when you cant reach anyone! Regards Paul

As there is live music on tonight I won't need the TV

On returning home I tried once more and hey presto I now are accessing Astra 2
Don't ask me what I did differently as I don't know.
