hi just bought fairford 2017 first post need advice
front heating vents only work 10 percent of airflow compaired to rear vents dealer has had two attempts to fix problem no joy so referred to auto-sleeper .
8 weeks later get reply from auto-sleeper telling me it is normal on that model ,does any one else have a problem

If you are talking about the the conversion heating then if the system is at the rear there will be some loss of heat through the ducting even when it's lagged

Yeah we have the same issue and no doubt as far as A/S are concerned it's normal.
This leads to the output from both the rear vents to be excessive - don't leave the toilet door closed with the heating on and be aware of the heat build up below the bed - no doubt A/S will say the heat build up problem is normal too.
My latest problem with the van is drain water from the bathroom sink leaking out at the wheel arch - no doubt another drain pipe come adrift behind the wet-wall.
Another phone call tomorrow to A/S I think.
