Identifying Toilet Model
I have checked the fuse, banged the top, topped up and still cant get a flush. I understand that the pump may be jammed however I an unsure of how to identify the model of Thetford. Is there a simple place to check this?
Regards Marie.

Have you looked on the Thetford website?

Almost certainly yours will be the same model toilet as fitted to my van, and that's a C-200 CWE, the E being the electric flush model.

Thanks for the information I think it is a C-200 CWE, pump now removed and being cleaned.

Sorry to say this, but we had this problem on our old van, and no amount of cleaning the pump or freeing the impeller spindle cured it permanently. It was presumably full of black deposits from the flush liquid.
The answer was a new pump, which didn't fit our 1995 pump bracket without some packing, but may well fit your newer one OK.

There should be a build no. in the glove box, ring AS and they will be able to tell you. or if you haven`t the paper work on the van someone else will have the same model and they should be able to tell you. good luck, hope you get it sorted,
