Warwick XL Roof Air Conditioning
Hello everyone,
After a few false starts at the factory, we're finally taking delivery of our new Warwick XL on 1st March.
We plan to fit an Oyster Cytrac satellite dish as it's had good reviews and a small mounting footprint. Ideally I'd like roof aircon too as we're planning longer trips in the new van. It's a 'busy' roof, so trying to work out if there's room for both?
Does anyone have a photo of a Warwick XL fitted with roof aircon? Preferably a shot taken from above.
Any assistance greatly appreciated.
Cheers

Isn't air conditioning available as an optional extra from new?

Yes it is - the question is how much free roof space is left when fitted?Paulmold wrote:Isn't air conditioning available as an optional extra from new?
Too expensive to take a chance and have no sat TV fitting options. I hate the Viewcube factory option.
Without British TV I'd be hund out to dry when Strictly returns!

Doesn't the air con replace one of the skylights?

I was about to post a photo of a Nuevo roof but it isn't necessary anymore. I'm glad I could do it from inside the flat.

Did you ever get the air con fitted. I have a cytrac & a 80w solar panel fitted. I was told there was not enough room for an air con.

Re: Warwick XL Roof Air Conditioning
I'm looking at getting a new Warwick Duo and I want habitation AirCon. The dealer wants to buy a van from AS and fit the AC at the dealership.
Is it best I insist they order a van from factory with a factory fitted AC?

Mine was factory fitted. Knowing what I now know about the dealer I'm glad I did.
