Re: TV Bracket
I have the same dilemma with the Winchcombe. I think it is supposed to be in a cupboard where the aerial sockets etc are but only big enough for a very small unit. If I put it outside the cupboard there is nowhere to stow it when not in use. Top of the worktop it has to be. Shame as they supplied the bracket etc with the MH.

Re: TV Bracket
I don't know the layout of the Winchcombe, but are you not able to leave the TV mounted permanently on the outside of the cupboard, to save having to stow it ?

Re: TV Bracket
I don't know the Kemerton either, but looking at the photos on the A/S website you may be able to use a drop down bracket such as this.

There are a few variations of the same thing on the market. We had one on the previous van and it was actually quite successful. No need to remove the TV for travelling, permanently plugged in, and you just pulled a spring loaded pin to lower it and swivelled it to suit your viewing.
It would also tilt a few degrees further than vertical - which was important. Some TV screens begin to black out if you view them from below the horizontal.
Hope this helps

Re: TV Bracket
If the van is purchased as new from a M/H dealer you should automatically be provided with a TV bracket. Marquis, where I purchased my Kemerton from, also offered to fit the bracket free. This issue has been discussed before on the forum:

Re: TV Bracket
Mine was simple with the Duetto as there was only really one place to fit! I used a wall mounted swivel similar to this type. There are a huge variety available on the internet and mine cost less than a third the price of the one in the photo. It's very well made and strong enough to hold the tv firm whilst on the move. The most ideal "set ups" i've seen are those with bracket mounted inside a cupboard with fold out arm but you need the right size cupboard to take the tv!

Re: TV Bracket
The dealership fitted my tv bracket to the wall just in front of the sink beside the the sockets that are fitted there. As I've only spent three nights in it it does work ok.WENTtoTHWING56 wrote:As anyone overcome were to put the TV bracket in a Kemerton xl ?I stand the TV on the work top not ideal.
