main batttery Empty main batttery

Just had my battery checked and its getting ready changing, on the positive end of the battery as a lot of terminals, looks complicated to change, any information on changing the battery please.

If you purchase the new battery from a battery specialist retail  base, they would probably do the change for you. Usually without charge......money that is, not electricity !!
