Iffy Warwick Duo Step
We had problems over the Step sometimes not coming out, blowing fuses and on the odd occasion working ok
There was no mud or dirt in the holder and electrics seem. Ok
Dealer has to argue with AS over a warranty replacement. Eventually AS agree and supply. The new Step was fitted today and guess what it only comes out 4". Dealer principal and I do tour of the other vans with Profile2000 steps and they all come out 10 to 12 ins
Fancy your opinion Peter at weekend

The step on our 2014 Warwick is a Truma unit and it works perfectly (2½ years now). The push button switch failed last year and was changed under warrantee (it used to stick in after being pressed).

Re: Iffy Warwick Duo Step
Hi roli, sorry to learn about your step problem on your new van. Seems a recent post of yours predicted the many faults expected to arise in the first 12 months of purchase of Auto sleepers? This gives rise to how some owners simply experience bad luck, so does this situation make it a form of lottery I wonder.

Wasnt aware of that option Toffee will take a look, presume in the set up section but that could be the reason both steps have been duff
