Uprating autosleeper Burford duo

Hi does anyone know if it is possible to uprate the auto sleeper Burford duo to give more payload .it,s currently plated at 3880?

suggest you ask Autosleeper technical but SV Tech are the people to do it - just google it!

I just googled autosleeper burford weight upgrade and the first thing you see is a company called motor-plus showing an optional weight to 4250 kgs - give it a try?

Motorplus is an AS dealer in Derby (my dealer) and is offering to sell a new vehicle at that weight.

SVtech isthe company you need to contact re upgrading your existing vehicle. They will have worked with AS and will know what is necessary and how much it will cost.

Which proves it should be possible

SvTech uprated my Burford Duo (strictly a Marquis Wiltshire Duo) to 4000Kg. I asked for 4250Kg but they said Mercedes won't let them upgrade any further than 4000Kg.

is your man. Send him photos of both the VIN plates on your MH, along with Registration number. He will then send you details of what it can be uprated to and a price. Was £180 for me, 1/2 of SVTech. 
It was an easy process all done by email within a week. He does this for ambulance fleets so is bone fide.

Svtech did mine but only to 4050 so that’s what I have . Met someone in Spain last year and threat burgord duo was uptated to 4500 from the last comment consultant.
Would have been nice for the flexibility assuming it is safe and legal.
