Wardrobe Door Empty Wardrobe Door

I have a 2006 Nuevo. The hinges on the wardrobe door are not adjustable and I am wondering about replacing with a piano hinge. Has anyone done this and does it work ok? The hinges on the toilet and sink cupboards are piano hinges so it shouldn't look out of place if it works.
