Hello from Ireland
Good morning from Ireland.
I just found this forum. I live in Ireland with my husband and we have had our Topaz for over five years and we love it. We have been all around Ireland in it and have been to Northern Spain and all over France. We are committed wildcampers and the van has been fantastic for it.
We love cycling, bodyboarding, swimming, powerkiting, walking..(not all at the same time!!)
We are also members of Mhf. Good luck with this site.

Topaz Too.
Well it's a bit of a dull morning here in West Yorkshire. We also own a Topaz and love it. We have only recently acquired it and are still working out the logistics of where things go and how all the aspects of it work.
For example, do other people struggle to put the restraining straps around the gas bottles at the back?
Any tips on the best way to clean / sterilise the water tanks?

Puriclean is one of the easiest solutions and is easily available from Halfords or most camping shops [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Hi and welcome Weatherwax
You know I'd never really thought about the gas bottle straps on my Trident being difficult - but now that you mention it - they are !!!
Mine are the velcro type and twist so the smooth side often won't match up with the rough side
Cheers

I haven't been frightened off, just a combination of life events and life events, I haven't been able to post. I will check in from time to time.
No chance of going away in the van at the moment but fingers crossed for the summer.
